Key Responsibilities
Brand &amp; Communication:
<ul><li>Develop and execute impactful marketing and communication plans aligned with business goals.
</li><li>Be the brand custodian, ensuring consistency of tone, identity, and message across all touchpoints.
</li><li>Create high-quality marketing content and collaterals &mdash; brochures, presentations, videos, case studies, and digital creatives.
</li></ul>Events &amp; Campaigns:
<ul><li>Conceptualize, organize, and manage corporate events, roadshows, exhibitions, product launches, and webinars.
</li><li>Oversee end-to-end trade show planning, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
</li><li>Drive Key Opinion Leader (KOL) marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
</li></ul>Media, Advertising &amp; PR:
<ul><li>Develop media relationships and manage press, advertising, and creative agencies.
</li><li>Plan and execute advertising campaigns across print, digital, and outdoor media.

</li><li>8&ndash;10 years of proven experience in marketing communications, branding, and event management &mdash; preferably in healthcare, medtech, or B2B sectors.
</li><li>Proven expertise in event conceptualization, collateral development, and campaign execution.
</li><li>Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM (preferably Salesforce).
</li><li>Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
</li><li>Experience in managing vendors, creative agencies, and cross-functional teams.
