About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive who can build partnerships with colleges, universities, and training institutes for Cyrix Academy’s skill development programs. This role suits someone who understands the education or training space and enjoys creating meaningful institutional connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new institutional partners (colleges, universities, and training centers).

  • Promote Cyrix Academy’s academic programs through presentations, webinars, and campus visits.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain relationships with partner institutions and key decision-makers.

  • Track performance and update sales activities in CRM.

Requirements:

  • 6 months –2 years of experience in education, training, or B2B institutional sales (preferred).

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable with client meetings, travel, and target-based work.

  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently.
