Position Overview</b><br>

Braces of McKinney</b> is seeking a motivated, reliable <b>Orthodontic Assistant</b> to join our orthodontic team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting orthodontic procedures, and creating a positive patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.<br>
</div><div>
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both children and families in a busy orthodontic practice.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures.</li><li>
Prepare treatment rooms and patients for procedures.</li><li>
Take and process dental X-rays.</li><li>
Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment.</li><li>
Manage patient flow and ensure smooth clinic operations.</li><li>
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and oral hygiene.</li><li>
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.</li><li>
Provide excellent patient care and customer service.</li>
Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.<br>

Required Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Active <b>Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)</b> certification.</li><li><b>
X-Ray certification.</b></li><li>

Professional demeanor and reliability.</li>
