Requirements</b><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field<br>

2+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst, preferably in an IT environment<br>
<li>
</li>
Certification in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CCBA) preferred<br>
<li>
</li>
Experience with Agile development methodologies and PMI frameworks<br>
<li>
</li>
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills<br>
<li>
</li>
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Visio, or Lucidchart<br>
<li>

Key Responsibilities</b><br>

Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements<br>

Partner with IT and business teams to design and evaluate solutions<br>
<li>
</li>
Create process flows, user stories, and technical documentation<br>
<li>
</li>
Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)<br>
<li>
</li>
Communicate progress, risks, and updates across stakeholders<br>
<li>
</li>
Recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery<br>
<li>
