.Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a dental office setting and be proficient in Dentrix. This role is key to ensuring a smooth patient experience and efficient front office operations.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures.</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments using Dentrix.</li><li>Verify and update patient records and insurance information.</li><li>Collect co-pays, process payments, and manage outstanding balances.</li><li>Submit insurance claims and follow up on pending reimbursements.</li><li>Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.</li><li>Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain an efficient patient flow.</li><li>Handle patient reminders, recalls, and daily office communication.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience working in a dental office front desk role.</li><li>Proficiency in Dentrix is required.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes.</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>A professional, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth and development.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourWork Location: In person
