Overview We are seeking a part-time experienced and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team.Duties<ul><li>Perform shifts as a Server or a Bartender.</li><li>Greet customers and take orders, entering them in POS system.</li><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.</li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Toast POS systems.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.</li><li>Sell Retail Product when necessary.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Previous Server &amp; Bartending experience required.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively.</li><li>Excellent sales abilities to promote specials and increase revenue.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and ensuring accurate transactions.</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $10.70 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid training</li></ul>Work Location: In person
