Server/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a part-time experienced and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team.

Duties

• Perform shifts as a Server or a Bartender.
• Greet customers and take orders, entering them in POS system.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through Toast POS systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Sell Retail Product when necessary.

Skills

• Previous Server & Bartending experience required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively.
• Excellent sales abilities to promote specials and increase revenue.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and ensuring accurate transactions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.70 per hour
