Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! Your hands-on involvement will range from heavy lifting to operating power tools, ensuring that each phase of construction, renovation, or restoration is completed with precision and quality. All positions are paid, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member&rsquo;s contribution from day one.Duties<ul><li>Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Support concrete work including mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping to create durable foundations and surfaces.</li><li>Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.</li><li>Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or concrete pumps safely and efficiently on-site.</li><li>Perform demolition, cleanup, and site preparation activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment.</li><li>Support roofing, stucco application, masonry work, tile laying, and flooring installation as needed.</li><li>Use specialized skills like welding, metal stud framing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, or restoration work to meet project specifications.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing is highly preferred.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment confidently.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly while maintaining safety standards.</li><li>Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes.</li><li>Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction site operations.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license for commercial driving or operating heavy machinery is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to learn new skills across various construction disciplines including concrete finishing, framing, stucco application, or tile laying.
