Duties
- Assist with the installation of rebar, framing, drywall, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Support concrete work including mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping to create durable foundations and surfaces.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or concrete pumps safely and efficiently on-site.
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and site preparation activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Support roofing, stucco application, masonry work, tile laying, and flooring installation as needed.
- Use specialized skills like welding, metal stud framing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, or restoration work to meet project specifications.
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment confidently.
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly while maintaining safety standards.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction site operations.
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or operating heavy machinery is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills across various construction disciplines including concrete finishing, framing, stucco application, or tile laying. Join us in building something great!
