We trust your judgment and your ability to handle the facility independently.</li><li>Community: You&rsquo;ll become a familiar face to our local families and athletes, helping them navigate their training and memberships.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Do (Running the Ship):<ul><li>Lead the Front: Greet families and handle check-ins with a professional, welcoming attitude.</li><li>Manage Logistics: Confidently answer phones, schedule lessons, and help parents understand which memberships best fit their child&rsquo;s goals.</li><li>Facility Pride: Ensure the pro shop, lobby, and cages are tidy and &quot;game-day ready.&quot;</li><li>Troubleshooting: Handle basic pitching machine resets (we&rsquo;ll train you!) and coordinate with instructors to keep the schedule on track.</li></ul>Who We Are Looking For:<ul><li>The Reliable Professional: You show up on time, every time, and take pride in a job well done.</li><li>The Communicator: You are comfortable talking to adults and parents, whether you're explaining pricing or just making small talk.</li><li>The Problem Solver: You don&rsquo;t wait to be told what to do; you see a need and fill it.</li><li>The Multitasker: You can handle a ringing phone and a customer at the counter without breaking a sweat.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in customer service, retail, office administration, or &quot;running a household&quot; (we value life experience!).</li><li>Basic computer comfort for processing sales and scheduling.</li><li>A friendly, firm, and professional demeanor.</li><li>An interest in baseball/softball is a bonus, but your organizational skills are what matter most!</li></ul>Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hourWork Location: In person
