Coluccio &amp; Sons is seeking qualified employees to clerk in our store part time.Responsibilities<ul><li>Ring up customers at state-of-the-art POS system</li><li>Take payments by cash, credit, debit, check, and gift card</li><li>Operate scales to weigh and price products</li><li>Label items with prices</li><li>Notify supervisors of inventory shortages and upcoming expiration dates</li><li>Assist customers and answer questions</li><li>Familiarize self with products, store layout, and storage locations</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Basic math and arithmetic, especially pertaining to retail/finance</li><li>Attention to detail, thoroughness</li><li>Positive attitude and high-level customer service skills</li><li>Availability to work consistent schedule</li><li>Legal authorization to work in the United States</li><li>Ability to speak and comprehend English (proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian a plus)</li></ul>Experience preferred. Competitive candidates will have a retail, food service, and/or customer service background.Please, no phone calls or unannounced visits.
