In this role, you will be the go-to person for all things related to painting and maintenance, ensuring that every project shines with quality and precision. Join us in creating beautiful environments while showcasing your craftsmanship!What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Execute residential and commercial painting projects with attention to detail, using various techniques including airless paint spraying.</li><li>Perform general maintenance person duties such as fixture installation, caulking, and maintenance tasks to keep properties in top shape.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks ranging from carpentry to plastering.</li><li>Collaborate with team members on renovation projects, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.</li><li>Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate quotes for potential projects.</li><li>Engage in restoration efforts, including stucco work and concrete finishing, to revive older structures.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.</li></ul>Basic qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in painting, maintenance person services, or related fields.</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory and its application in various settings.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications<ul><li>Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.</li><li>Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.</li><li>Experience in masonry, frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and industrial painting.</li></ul>Why you&rsquo;ll love it here We believe in empowering our team members by providing an environment where they can thrive both professionally and personally.
