What you’ll do

• Execute residential and commercial painting projects with attention to detail, using various techniques including airless paint spraying.
• Perform general maintenance person duties such as fixture installation, caulking, and maintenance tasks to keep properties in top shape.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks ranging from carpentry to plastering.
• Collaborate with team members on renovation projects, ensuring timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate quotes for potential projects.
• Engage in restoration efforts, including stucco work and concrete finishing, to revive older structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in painting, maintenance person services, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in various settings.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Experience in masonry, frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and industrial painting.
