Job Description: SEO Manager (Fully Remote)Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven SEO Expert with essential knowledge of the UK market. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving measurable improvements for clients across a wide range of industries in the B2B space. This is not a role for someone who wants to coast or work in isolation. We want someone who takes ownership, works collaboratively, and contributes to the wider marketing and technical strategy.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies tailored to UK businesses.</li><li>Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance reviews.</li><li>Deliver technical SEO improvements: site audits, crawlability, indexing fixes, site speed, and Core Web Vitals.</li><li>Implement on-page optimisation (meta data, headings, internal linking, structured data).</li><li>Oversee off-page SEO with a focus on quality link acquisition.</li><li>Report on performance with clear, actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO is integrated into campaigns, site design, and content.</li><li>Stay updated with UK-specific SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; ExperienceTechnical Skills:<ul><li>Proven ability to deliver measurable SEO results in the UK market.</li><li>Familiarity with local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile, local directories, location-based targeting).</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.</li><li>Experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress.</li><li>Previous experience working with B2B clients across varied industries is highly desirable.</li></ul>Soft Skills (Non-Negotiable):<ul><li>Strong communicator &ndash; able to explain SEO strategies, data, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.</li><li>Collaborative mindset &ndash; willing to work closely with other team members, feeding into technical updates and content strategies.</li><li>Understands the impact of their work on others and ensures SEO integrates smoothly with wider business goals.</li><li>Not someone who &ldquo;sits in a dark room building links,&rdquo; but someone who actively contributes to the success of the whole team.</li><li>Organised, dependable, and proactive in identifying opportunities and issues.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Knowledge of the UK market is essential.</li><li>A motivated professional who takes accountability and thrives on delivering results.</li><li>Someone who values teamwork and ensures their SEO work drives broader success for the business and its clients.</li><li>An understanding of the nuances of B2B SEO (not ecommerce) and the ability to adapt strategies for diverse industries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently a student?</li><li>Please note: If you do not answer all of the screening questions, your application will not be considered.</li><li>Please confirm that you understand this is a remote role, that you are currently based in Pakistan, and that if selected, you will be expected to have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and the necessary equipment to work effectively (such as a reliable internet connection and a laptop or PC).</li><li>Are you able to work Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM PKT (with a 30-minute break)?
