The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, bidding on projects, and securing clients through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Bid daily on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms</li><li>Write customized, high-quality proposals according to client requirements</li><li>Identify relevant projects related to digital marketing services</li><li>Communicate with potential clients professionally and promptly</li><li>Maintain client relationships and follow up on proposals</li><li>Coordinate with the project management and technical teams</li><li>Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions</li><li>Achieve monthly lead and sales targets</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in Upwork and Fiverr bidding</li><li>Strong proposal writing and communication skills (English)</li><li>Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Development, etc.)</li><li>Ability to understand client requirements quickly</li><li>Target-oriented and self-motivated</li><li>Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives</li><li>Growth opportunities within the company</li><li>Friendly and professional work environment</li><li>Training and support provided</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
