Business Development Executive Upwork/ Fiver

D.H Digital Marketing Institute is looking for a motivated and experienced Upwork & Fiverr Bidder to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, bidding on projects, and securing clients through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Bid daily on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms
• Write customized, high-quality proposals according to client requirements
• Identify relevant projects related to digital marketing services
• Communicate with potential clients professionally and promptly
• Maintain client relationships and follow up on proposals
• Coordinate with the project management and technical teams
• Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions
• Achieve monthly lead and sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Upwork and Fiverr bidding
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills (English)
• Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Web Development, etc.)
• Ability to understand client requirements quickly
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
