Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Peco Road, Lahore (Onsite)
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Industry: Pre-Construction & Design Services (USA)

About the Role:
We are looking for energetic SDRs to join our growing US-based sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, prospecting, and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market
• Identify prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Follow sales scripts and meet weekly targets
• Collaborate with closers and team leads to drive conversions

Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking skills
• Prior experience in cold calling or telesales preferred
• Ability to work night shift
• Confident, motivated, and target-oriented

Salary: Competitive + Commission
