Summary
<div>This position is responsible for the leadership and direction of and for a specific vendor in D&amp;H&rsquo;s Professional Business Systems group, Lenovo. The responsibilities include go to market strategies, sales and margin goals, business development, operations, product and services portfolios, strategic account development, P&amp;L ownership, pricing, catalog management, marketplace platforms, budgeting and team leadership. In addition, responsibilities include owning and leading key Vendor relationships.</div> 
 
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Take ownership and accountability for key financial metrics including Sales &amp; Profitability.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with Vendor, D&amp;H BU, and D&amp;H stakeholders to ensure all activities and programs generate an acceptable return on investment.</li>
<li>Participate in the annual budget process and ensure the Vendor business meets its budgetary goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.</li>
<li>Develop an operational plan which will drive efficiency and provide value to Vendor and our customers to enable long-term sustainable growth.</li>
<li>Successfully lead a cross-functional team including vendor sales, marketing, operations, purchasing and ensure their teams are aligned to achieving departmental and company goals.</li>
<li>Analyze profitability statements, sales reports, and other performance indicators and develop action plans to drive improvement with the Vendor team.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with the VP of VAR Sales, SMB Sales and their leadership team along with VP of DMR and VP of Retail/Etail to deliver industry best programs and services to D&amp;H customers.</li>
<li>Coach and mentor Co-Owners as appropriate to improve performance.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and Executive level relationships with Vendor.</li>
<li>Lead the development and execution of programs and services that provide differentiated value to Vendor customers.</li>
<li>Meet with strategic D&amp;H customers to promote and sell D&amp;H&rsquo;s value in supporting Vendor products and services.</li>
<li>Identify and develop new and innovative go to market channel programs to drive Vendor products and solutions.</li>
<li>50% travel is required to meet with vendors and customers.</li> 
</ul>Requirements
<ul><li>Education
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or higher preferred.</li>
</ul></li><li>Experience
<ul><li>5+ years leading sales/support teams in a VAR, Distribution, Telco, MSP or Cloud model.</li>
<li>Some previous experience influencing product portfolio and P&amp;L performance.</li>
<li>IT distribution experience preferred within a Var, Telco, MSP business unit.</li>

You'll be the go-to person for all things HR especially focused on the second shift. You will move between responsibilities involving recruitment and employee relations to performance management and labor law compliance. You will have real impact on the facility and D&amp;H whether it is through policies, procedures, engagement initiatives or project-based initiatives.Responsibilities<ul><li>Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for warehouse positions, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and new hire entry into our HRIS systems.</li><li>Conducts the onboarding program for all new hires. Onboarding includes but is not limited to benefits, payroll, safety, policies and procedures, and most importantly company culture.</li><li>Responsible for all the front-line HR inquiries and responses, including proactively communicating on changes, programs, or similar to keep the co-owners informed.</li><li>Address, resolve or escalate employee issues, conflicts, or investigations in a timely, fair, consistent, and professional manner in accordance with our policies and procedures. You will partner with your HR Manager and the Operations team while working through any of these situations.</li><li>Encourages change and creative problem solving through the entire organization.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment, promoting open communication and employee engagement. This role, along with the operations team is responsible for creating and maintain the D&amp;H Company culture.</li><li>Coaching supervisors on proper responses to employee activities, both recognizing positive situations and addressing negative situations. Ensuring performance review process is being adhered to and provide support as needed.</li><li>Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Supports the operations team in the creation of development plans in the facility.</li><li>Responsible for data integrity of co-owner data in HRIS tools, this includes pay, department, supervisor and more. Also, this role creates and provides HR Reporting as needed and HR Metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.</li><li>Partner with operations to support safety endeavors and coordinate the first report of injury and worker&rsquo;s compensation process.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:We're looking for someone with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience and education, and at least 3 years of experience in an HR roles and at least 1 year at generalist level. You should have a strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws (especially California), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The person must be able to seamlessly work through varying tasks with varying levels of complexity. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
