We are looking for a Direct Fulfillment Representative to support our Business Operations Department.
Summary
The purpose of this position is to assist the Procurement Team by managing the end-to-end creation and submission of Factory Direct (FD) Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely manner and share best practice processes in conjunction with other departments to align with customer requirements.
Responsibilities<ul><li> Place, track, reschedule, or cancel FD POs as needed.</li><li> Understand vendor specific FD requirements (order minimums, freight costs, etc.)</li><li> Collaborate with FD Billing Team to ensure Open FD POs are billed in a timely manner.</li><li> Collaborate with Strategic Initiatives Team on ETAs for Open FD POs.</li><li> Correspond with other departments and vendor partners as needed.</li><li> Review and clean up Open FD POs.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Minimum Associate&rsquo;s degree in related field preferred or equivalent in experience required in purchasing of finished goods.</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of relevant and technical experience, in a professional office setting, or degree equivalent.</li><li>
Strong background in procurement, marketing, or sales.</li></ul>

Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide tactical and strategic leadership in achieving the company&rsquo;s inventory metrics and fill-rate requirements to support monthly sales and working capital goals. The Director provides strategic and tactical leadership to meet inventory and fill-rate targets, supports the VP of Procurement in managing daily purchasing operations, and ensures alignment with forecasting and demand planning using SAP S/4Hana. Will lead a diverse team of professionals to achieve and exceed goals that drive financial business results. Will ensure the procurement team is working collaboratively with cross functional teams including vendor management, marketing and sales to deliver value to our vendor partners.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Contribute Leadership to focus on achieving company&rsquo;s purchasing KPI&rsquo;s including days-on-hand, aged inventory and fill rate metrics.</li><li>
Support and Assists Executive Director/VP Purchasing by managing, monitoring and evaluating the day-to-day purchasing department programs and operations</li><li>
Support alignment to meet demands of Forecasting and Demand Planning specifically related to SAP</li><li>
Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4Hana solutions to meet business requirements</li><li>
Supporting the implementation of enhanced processes and reporting capabilities.</li><li>
Identify training needs and assist with the creation and delivery of training materials for new users, new processes, or specific S/4HANA functionality.</li></ul><ul><li> Recommends and implements changes in policy and procedures as necessary to meet continually varying requirements</li><li> Responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring procurement staff, fostering a high-performance culture, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and negotiating favorable terms including pricing and rebates</li><li> Provide coaching and mentorship to Supervisors, Team Leads and departmental staff within the department to successfully negotiate and execute purchase orders as needed to support product needs and maximize company profitability.</li><li> Maintain and build strong relationships with vendor partners.</li><li> Oversee the negotiation of better pricing, back-end rebates, payment terms, freight terms and return privileges.</li><li> Works closely with sales and marketing to align procurement strategies, reviews vendor contracts for financial alignment, ensures optimal inventory levels, and drives supply chain improvements to reduce costs and accelerate market delivery.</li><li> Develop strong coordination with Sales in the review and analysis of customer sales forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.</li><li> Review all new vendor contracts to ensure terms are aligned to company financial goals.</li><li> Deliver objective insights and solutions that ensure adequate inventory levels in all warehouses operate optimally.</li><li> Ensure that the company provides differentiated value to our vendor partners, and we are easy to do business with.</li><li> Direct efforts to improve supply chain efficiency, ensure first to market and reduce costs.</li></ul><ul><li> 
 Works with company leadership to define priorities and objectives, specifically to key vendor KPIs</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
Minimum bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field, master&rsquo;s degree preferred or equivalent in experience required in Category Management, Insights and Sales Strategy, and leading teams</li><li>
10+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HAN</li><li>
10+ years of experience in Demand Planning and Forecasting</li><li>
Minimum 10 years of relevant and technical experience, preferably with significant exposure to IT, and relevant degree</li><li>
Substantial purchasing experience at a senior and strategic level, preferably in the area of large and complex Information Technology solutions</li><li>
Strong background in procurement, marketing, and sales</li><li>
Requires extensive experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, demand planning, and strategic procurement, along with strong leadership and analytical skills. The role is full-time with occasional overtime and involves working in a typical office environment.</li><li>
