This role will provide financial and analytical support, assisting ownership in maintaining accurate financial records, organizing reporting, and preparing clean documentation for our CPA.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and organize monthly financial reports</li><li>Track and monitor cash flow</li><li>Assist with forecasting and budgeting</li><li>Analyze financial performance and identify trends</li><li>Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records</li><li>Organize documentation for month-end closing and tax preparation</li><li>Ensure financial data is accurate and accessible for leadership</li><li>Conduct profitability and margin analysis by customer, route, products etc.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial reporting</li><li>Strong understanding of cash flow management</li><li>Comfortable working independently</li><li>High attention to detail and organization</li><li>Experience with accounting software</li><li>CPA is NOT required</li></ul>Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting experience do you have?</li><li>Have you prepared or organized monthly financial reports for a business or organization?</li><li>Do you have experience tracking and managing business cash flow?</li><li>Which accounting software platforms do you have experience with?</li><li>Where are you located?</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Altamont, IL 62411
