Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide financial and analytical support, assisting ownership in maintaining accurate financial records, organizing reporting, and preparing clean documentation for our CPA.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize monthly financial reports
• Track and monitor cash flow
• Assist with forecasting and budgeting
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records
• Organize documentation for month-end closing and tax preparation
• Ensure financial data is accurate and accessible for leadership
• Conduct profitability and margin analysis by customer, route, products etc.

Qualifications:

• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial reporting
• Strong understanding of cash flow management
• Comfortable working independently
• High attention to detail and organization
• Experience with accounting software
• CPA is NOT required

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
