This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and make a visible impact every day.Duties<ul><li>Mow lawns and trim edges using power tools and hand tools to ensure a neat and professional appearance</li><li>Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth</li><li>Operate equipment including excavators, snow plows, and other machinery safely and efficiently</li><li>Assist with hardscape projects like installing pathways, patios, or retaining walls to enhance outdoor aesthetics</li><li>Support seasonal tasks including snow plowing during winter months and gardening activities throughout the year</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping or construction equipment</li><li>Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred</li><li>Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and larger machinery like excavators safely</li><li>Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is a plus</li><li>Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces</li><li>Ability to follow safety protocols and work outdoors in various weather conditions</li><li>Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and maintenance</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
