Duties

• Mow lawns and trim edges using power tools and hand tools to ensure a neat and professional appearance
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth
• Operate equipment including excavators, snow plows, and other machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with hardscape projects like installing pathways, patios, or retaining walls to enhance outdoor aesthetics
• Support seasonal tasks including snow plowing during winter months and gardening activities throughout the year

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping or construction equipment
• Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and larger machinery like excavators safely
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care techniques is a plus
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn new skills in landscaping and maintenance

Pay: $19.00 - $28.59 per hour
