Landscape Laborer

Overview
We are seeking an experienced hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team or an individual willing to learn. This role involves a variety of tasks that require physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

No work experience is needed: entry level candidates are welcome to apply

Duties

• Execute lawn care tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, and weed whacking.
• Conduct landscape maintenance including weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs.
• Engage in groundskeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
• Operate landscape equipment including mowers, weed whackers, hedgers, etc.

Requirements

• Must have dependable transportation to base yard in Kilauea.
• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration with colleagues.

Pay increase depends on work performance.
