Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager plays a central role in ensuring that every property under management reflects the company’s commitment to exceptional horticultural care, operational excellence, and high‑touch client service. This position serves as the primary steward of a portfolio of commercial accounts, overseeing plant health, seasonal planning, irrigation performance, crew operations, and long‑term site improvement strategies.

Success in this role comes from consistent field presence, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance client expectations with the realities of landscape maintenance in a dynamic Bay Area climate. The Account Manager is expected to elevate site quality, strengthen client relationships, and lead teams with clarity, fairness, and accountability. A core focus will be crew oversight, landscape maintenance punch lists for crews and following up on client requests.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Commercial Landscape: 5 years (Preferred)
