Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and onboarding).</li><li>Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.</li><li>Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking.</li><li>Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.</li><li>Schedule interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.</li><li>Coordinate background checks and verify candidate credentials.</li><li>Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives.</li><li>Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Update and maintain HR records and recruitment reports.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.</li><li>Strong organizational and documentation skills.</li><li>Good understanding of HR policies and practices.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
