This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a passionate team dedicated to pet wellness and happiness.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and visitors.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, scheduling appointments and answering questions about services.</li><li>Handle all front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments using software such as QuickBooks.</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure seamless office operations.</li><li>Support office management tasks like calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organization of pet records.</li><li>Assist with daily duties; printing client cards, updating client files, cleaning, keeping the shop sanitized, sweeping, washing trays/kennels, washing towels, helping with dogs that need extra love, etc.</li><li>Utilize computer skills with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks to prepare documents, update client information, and support administrative functions. ( No experience required)</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Motivation and willingness to learn. .</li><li>Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks.</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse client base effectively. Not a Requirement</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.</li><li>Animal Lover</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.</li><li>Familiarity with bookkeeping, filing systems, proofreading, and calendar management is advantageous.
