 The Role</h2>
You are a hybrid powerhouse:<ul><li>
 Creative Director</li><li>
 Digital marketing architect</li><li>
 Web / SEO strategist</li><li>
 AI integrator</li><li>
 Team leader + system builder</li></ul>
You will own:
&#9989; Creative vision 
&#9989; Brand identity &amp; packaging 
&#9989; Website &amp; digital experience (Buddy platform) 
&#9989; SEO + Google ranking 
&#9989; Online traffic &amp; conversions 
&#9989; Event creative + experiential branding 
&#9989; Content + campaigns + merch 
&#9989; AI rollout across creative + operations 
&#9989; Leadership of designers &amp; marketing staff
 This is a build-the-future role, not maintain-the-status-quo.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
 Who You Are</h2>

Web management (Buddy or similar platforms)</li><li>
SEO + Google My Business mastery</li><li>
Digital marketing &amp; geo-targeting (Surfside or equivalent)</li><li>
Adobe Suite + Figma expertise</li><li>
Brand systems + packaging experience</li><li>
3D + motion direction (or vendor management)</li><li>
AI creative + automation experience</li><li>
Leading creative + marketing teams</li><li>
Experience launching consumer products</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Bonus:</h3><ul><li>
Cannabis, CPG, lifestyle, beverage, fashion, or music culture background</li><li>
Retail marketing experience</li><li>
Shopify / Web CRO experience</li><li>
