We are seeking a versatile and imaginative Graphic Designer with a passion for clean visuals, branding consistency, and bold creative concepts that push the cannabis space forward. This is a hands-on position where you&rsquo;ll design across digital, social, and in-store channels. Your work will define the visual identity of our brand, from campaign assets to everyday touchpoints.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
 Key Responsibilities</h3>
Branding &amp; Campaign Creative<ul><li>
Design visually striking graphics for promotions, product launches, and vendor campaigns.</li><li>
Develop digital and print-ready assets, including flyers, in-store signage, and display banners.</li><li>
Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints, adapting visuals to various store locations.</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and execute seasonal or themed campaigns.</li></ul>
Social Media &amp; Content Support<ul><li>
Create content for Instagram Stories, Reels, and feed posts that align with brand tone and aesthetic.</li><li>
Design digital menus, featured product graphics, and interactive content for platforms like Weedmaps and Dutchie.</li><li>
Edit and optimize product photography and vendor images for visual consistency.</li></ul>
In-Store Displays &amp; Digital Screens<ul><li>
Build and rotate assets for digital screens (SEED TV) and in-store menus.</li><li>
Ensure content is formatted correctly and updated regularly to reflect promotions and vendor priorities.</li></ul>
Production Support &amp; Asset Management<ul><li>
Manage asset folders in Google Drive for cross-functional team access.</li><li>
Maintain templates and organize marketing assets for fast reuse and scalability.</li><li>
Support signage printing and production for events, launches, and brand activations.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
&#9989; What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3>
Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.</li><li>
Experience creating graphics for both print and digital platforms.</li><li>
Comfortable managing fast turnarounds and shifting priorities.</li><li>
Highly organized, self-motivated, with strong communication skills.</li></ul>
Bonus Skills:<ul><li>
Familiarity with Canva for quick-turn requests.</li><li>
Experience with social media marketing and cannabis retail.</li><li>
Basic video editing skills (Reels, screen animations, etc.).</li><li>
Understanding of cannabis marketing compliance and restrictions.</li><li>
Experience with Dutchie Backoffice or similar POS systems.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
