As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, youll play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting both our inventory and sales teams. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the smooth running of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Order Accuracy: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders in compliance with state and company regulations.

Experience &amp; Qualifications

Previous experience in fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, or cannabis operations preferred.

</li><li>Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
</li><li>Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
</li><li>Must be 21+ years old and able to pass all required background checks.

Salary: $50,000-55,000 Annually
We are a multi-retail operator and vertically integrated cannabis company with multiple cultivation and manufacturing facilities, alongside a growing portfolio of cannabis brands. As we continue to scale operations and expand our footprint, we are seeking an Inventory &amp; Procurement Specialist to oversee product flow, purchasing, and inventory accuracy across our organization.

This is a critical role for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and product availability across cultivation, manufacturing, and retail.

Position Overview

As the Inventory &amp; Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, purchasing materials and products, and ensuring seamless coordination between vendors, operations, and retail locations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing purchasing strategies, and supporting the overall supply chain.

This role requires a strong balance of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the right products are available at the right timewithout overstocking or shortages.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory levels across cultivation, manufacturing, and retail locations.
</li><li>Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
</li><li>Monitor product movement, identify discrepancies, and resolve inventory issues promptly.
</li><li>Track product lifecycle from intake through distribution and sale.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with all state cannabis tracking systems (e.g., METRC).
</li><li>Procurement &amp; Purchasing
</li><li>Manage purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
</li><li>Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost efficiency.
</li><li>Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
</li><li>Monitor market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
</li><li>Operations &amp; Supply Chain Coordination
</li><li>Collaborate with cultivation, manufacturing, and retail teams to forecast inventory needs.
</li><li>Ensure alignment between production schedules and purchasing timelines.
</li><li>Coordinate product transfers between facilities and retail locations.
</li><li>Support new product launches by ensuring materials and inventory are available on time.
</li><li>Compliance &amp; Reporting
</li><li>Ensure all inventory and procurement processes comply with state and local cannabis regulations.
</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Generate reports on inventory levels, purchasing trends, and cost analysis.
</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.</li></ul>
Qualifications
<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain (cannabis experience preferred).
</li><li>Experience with inventory tracking systems (METRC experience strongly preferred).
</li><li>Strong understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes.
</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software.
</li><li>Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
