 What You Will Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, build, and maintain
 
 dashboards and reports
 
 to support data-driven decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and optimize
 
 data models
 
 , including data preparation and profiling activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Write and maintain
 
 Python scripts on Azure Databricks
 
 for data transformation and analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, build, and manage
 
 data pipelines and data flows using Azure Data Factory
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Leverage Azure Cloud services
 
 to deliver scalable and reliable analytics solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business requirements into
 
 clear, actionable, and scalable data solutions
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and present insights through demos
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure
 
 data security, access management, and best practices
 
 across the analytics environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We Are Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with
 
 Azure Cloud
 
 , particularly
 
 Databricks
 
 and
 
 Azure Data Factory
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with
 
 PySpark
 
 and
 
 Pandas
 
 libraries
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 BI / analytics tools
 
 , preferably
 
 Power BI
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of
 
 data modeling and analytical concepts
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with
 
 Power Automate
 
 and
 
 Power Apps
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong
 
 Excel
 
 skills and general proficiency with
 
 Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
 
 applications
 </li>
 <li>
 SQL and basic
 
 data engineering
 
 knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in
 
 agile or product-based
 
 environments
 </li>
