Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can effectively bridge data and business, generate meaningful insights, and work confidently on modern, cloud-based data platforms.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Develop and optimize data models , including data preparation and profiling activities
• Write and maintain Python scripts on Azure Databricks for data transformation and analysis
• Design, build, and manage data pipelines and data flows using Azure Data Factory
• Leverage Azure Cloud services to deliver scalable and reliable analytics solutions
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable, and scalable data solutions
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and present insights through demos
• Ensure data security, access management, and best practices across the analytics environment

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud , particularly Databricks and Azure Data Factory
• Experience working with PySpark and Pandas libraries
• Experience with BI / analytics tools , preferably Power BI
• Solid understanding of data modeling and analytical concepts
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps
• Strong Excel skills and general proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) applications
• SQL and basic data engineering knowledge
• Experience working in agile or product-based environments
