We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories,
our goal is the same: provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience

We're looking for a data-driven problem solver to help build our predictive analytics infrastructure from the ground up and drive user growth through data.
What we are looking for:

Degree in STEM or equivalent practical experience
-
2+ years of work experience as a
full-stack
data scientist or analyst covering problem identification, raw data ingestion & pipelining, predictive analytics, reporting & communicating the insights

Advanced proficiency in Python/PySpark, SQL, and Git
-
Solid understanding of time series forecasting and classification models
-
Experience with orchestration and BI tools
-
User acquisition analytics, campaign optimization, and A/B testing experience (strong plus)

Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production environments (strong plus)
-
Experience with big data frameworks, Airflow, Tableau, Linux, or any data warehouse (strong plus)

Background in mobile app or consumer product analytics (strong plus)

Appreciation of team spirit

Your responsibilities will be:

Design, implement and manage scalable data pipelines by writing production-grade code and by using modern cloud technologies

Lead LTV (Lifetime Value) prediction initiatives to optimize user acquisition strategies

Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to help unlock the potential of data
-
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate analytical insights into actionable features
-
Analyze UA campaigns and implement LTV/MMM models to evaluate and optimize UA campaign performance
-
Launch A/B tests at scale and provide actionable insights to relevant teams
-
Leverage event data to perform funnel analysis, identify conversion bottlenecks, and increase user retention
