 Job Description:
 
 
 Work as "Accountant Support for our software", and
 
 
 give our customers sufficient support to use our cloud ERP software (Daftra), efficiently.
 
 
 LOCATED IN (SmartVilage - 6th of October)
 
 
 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
 
 &bull; Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
 
 
 &bull; Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Answer our customer's questions via our call center and resolve their issues via phone, email, or chat.
 
 
 &bull; Handling complaints.
 
 
 &bull; Hold online meetings with the clients to demonstrate/explain the product's technicalities or to solve critical problems.
 
 
 &bull; Testing the system and reporting if there are any bugs.
 
 
 Working Conditions:
 
 
 &bull; 5 working days, 8 working hours.
 
 
 &bull; Rotational shifts (24/7) on a monthly basis:
 
 
 -(WFH for females for Night&amp; Overnight Shift)
 
 
 -(WFH for males for Overnight Shift)
 
 
 &bull; Rotational days off on a monthly basis.
 
 
 Job Requirements
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
 
 
 &bull; Must be flexible with the rotational shifts concept.
 
 
 &bull; 1+ years of experience as an accountant or in accounting is a must
 
 
 &bull; Excellent in using Excel and Accounting programs
 
 
 Is a must
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication skills (verbal &amp; written).
 
 
 &bull; Excellent customer handting skills.
