Strategic Sourcing &amp; Supplier Management<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers aligned with company goals and quality standards.</li><li>Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term agreements ensuring cost and quality advantages.</li><li>Build and sustain strong supplier relationships to support uninterrupted operations.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance through regular reviews and audits.</li></ul>2. Material Procurement &amp; Planning<ul><li>Review and authorize purchase requisitions from multiple departments.</li><li>Source raw materials, components, and services per technical specifications and production schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with production and stores to ensure just-in-time material availability.</li></ul>3. Cost Optimization<ul><li>Analyze supplier quotations, monitor cost trends, and propose cost-saving strategies.</li><li>Identify alternate vendors and new sourcing opportunities for better commercial value.</li><li>Track commodity prices and maintain a database of benchmark costs.</li></ul>4. Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Collaborate with the QA and Engineering teams to ensure material and supplier compliance with company standards.</li><li>Take corrective actions for quality issues and ensure supplier accountability.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.</li></ul>5. Inventory &amp; Process Control<ul><li>Oversee material planning and stock levels to minimize overstocking or shortages.</li><li>Implement efficient inventory control and vendor-managed inventory systems.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records.</li></ul>6. Team &amp; Cross-Functional Coordination<ul><li>Guide and support junior purchase executives in day-to-day operations.</li><li>Communicate effectively with internal departments to align procurement with business priorities.</li><li>Provide timely updates on procurement status, challenges, and opportunities.</li></ul>Skills, Experience &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>4&ndash;7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing or plastic packaging industries.</li><li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Integrity, professionalism, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.</li></ul>An Outcome to DriveWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Purchase Executive to lead procurement operations for Damati Group.
