If you love staying organized, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy working in a friendly retail environment, we&rsquo;d love to meet you!Position OverviewThe Administrative &amp; Support Assistant will help keep our store running smoothly by supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Responsibilities include customer interaction, inventory processing, social media content participation, and general day-to-day store assistance.Key Responsibilities/Administrative Duties<ul><li>Answer basic customer questions in-store and over the phone</li><li>Organize documents and update records</li><li>Assist with daily store operations and general office tasks</li></ul>Inventory Processing<ul><li>Check in new inventory and verify quantities</li><li>Enter items into the system accurately</li><li>Label, tag, and store products appropriately</li></ul>Content Creation &amp; Photography<ul><li>Create and post Instagram/Facebook &ldquo;Stories&rdquo; showcasing products, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content</li><li>Take clear, high-quality photos of jewelry and merchandise</li><li>Model jewelry pieces for photos or social media when needed</li></ul>Shipping &amp; Packaging<ul><li>Prepare customer shipments, print labels, and pack items securely</li><li>Confirm correct addresses and ensure timely outgoing orders</li></ul>Store Organization<ul><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas</li><li>Keep supplies stocked and support an efficient workspace</li></ul>Tagging &amp; Re-Tagging<ul><li>Create, print, and attach jewelry tags</li><li>Update product tags as needed (pricing, SKUs, descriptions, sizes)</li></ul>Customer Support<ul><li>Assist customers on the sales floor when all other associates are currently assisting customers.</li><li>Help locate items, answer questions, and provide product recommendations</li><li>Handle repair pickups, verify information, and process payments</li></ul>Additional Tasks<ul><li>Replace basic watch batteries (training provided)</li><li>Professional gift wrapping for customer purchases</li><li>Assemble and prepare promotional mailers</li><li>Open and unpack incoming shipments and prepare items for display</li><li>Participate in inventory counts and discrepancy checks</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable interacting with customers</li><li>Ability to multitask and follow established procedures</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and professional</li><li>Photography or social media experience is a plus (but not required)</li><li>Willingness to learn new tasks, including simple watch battery replacement</li><li>Skill set in word, excel, POS systems</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Part-time hours</li><li>Flexible scheduling available, including some weekends if needed</li></ul>Growth OpportunitiesWe value dedication and initiative.
