Dana Lubricants is seeking a motivated Sales Executive fluent in both English and Hindi with a background in Science or Engineering to drive sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the lubricants, automotive, or industrial sector. The role involves identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales &amp; Business Development:<ul><li>Identify and approach potential customers, distributors, and industrial clients.</li><li>Promote Dana Lubricants&rsquo; products to existing and prospective clients.</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.</li><li>Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.</li><li>Maintain relationships with key customers for repeat business and referrals.</li></ul>Market Research &amp; Strategy:<ul><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.</li><li>Suggest improvements to sales strategies and product positioning.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, lubricant technologies, and market dynamics.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Product Knowledge:<ul><li>Provide technical information on lubricants, including specifications, applications, and benefits.</li><li>Educate clients on the advantages of Dana Lubricants' products over competitors.</li><li>Collaborate with the technical team for product demonstrations and client support.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions on Google Sheet.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in lubricants, automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Knowledge of both English and Hindi</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to clients.</li><li>Market research and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Sheet.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in B2B or B2C sales.</li><li>Knowledge of lubricants, automotive fluids, or industrial chemicals.</li><li>Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).</li></ul>Job Type &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Full-time </li><li>Salary: Competitive with commission &amp; performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
