 Graphic Designer
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with art directors, writers, and Creative Directors to bring brand stories to life across digital, print, social, and experiential platforms.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This role requires a sharp eye for design, an understanding of branding, and the technical skills to execute efficiently and accurately.&nbsp;

 HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Design a wide range of creative materials including digital ads, social content, CRM, print, POS, animations, and more
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to develop and execute concepts
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Translate creative direction into visually compelling and brand-aligned designs
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Participate in brainstorms and contribute to campaign and concept development
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prepare final press-ready and digital assets while ensuring quality control
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain consistency across projects and adhere to brand guidelines
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines across clients
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Stay current with industry trends, tools, and design innovations
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support the team in creating presentation decks for client reviews
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Contribute to internal culture through creative input, collaboration, and passion for great work
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 SUPPORT DUTIES:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Participate in creative review sessions and internal team meetings
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Assist with asset management, image sourcing, and file preparation
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Work a minimum of three days in the office per week for the full working day
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 3&ndash;5 years of design experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FIGMA)
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Working knowledge of digital design principles, social media formats, and responsive design
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Familiarity with Figma-Bannerify, After Effects, or video editing software is a plus
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and strategic design work
 
 </li>
