Graphic Designer

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You’ll collaborate closely with art directors, writers, and Creative Directors to bring brand stories to life across digital, print, social, and experiential platforms.

This role requires a sharp eye for design, an understanding of branding, and the technical skills to execute efficiently and accurately.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

• Design a wide range of creative materials including digital ads, social content, CRM, print, POS, animations, and more
• Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to develop and execute concepts
• Translate creative direction into visually compelling and brand-aligned designs
• Participate in brainstorms and contribute to campaign and concept development
• Prepare final press-ready and digital assets while ensuring quality control
• Maintain consistency across projects and adhere to brand guidelines
• Organize and manage multiple projects and deadlines across clients
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and design innovations
• Support the team in creating presentation decks for client reviews
• Contribute to internal culture through creative input, collaboration, and passion for great work

SUPPORT DUTIES:

• Participate in creative review sessions and internal team meetings
• Assist with asset management, image sourcing, and file preparation
• Work a minimum of three days in the office per week for the full working day

PREFERRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• 3–5 years of design experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, FIGMA)
• Working knowledge of digital design principles, social media formats, and responsive design
• Familiarity with Figma-Bannerify, After Effects, or video editing software is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it effectively
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and strategic design work
