As a Graphic Designer, you will transform concepts into polished, production-ready designs. You will execute visual systems, refine brand looks, and ensure all artwork meets technical and manufacturing standards. With strong skills in layout, typography, and production workflows, you will bring consistency and quality to every asset: from product to packaging and cards to presentations and marketing. Your role combines creativity with precision, helping BlueJ's innovative ideas become retail-ready realities.

What We are Looking For:

  • Develop accurate layouts, dielines, and mechanicals for packaging, card games, and instructions.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, tone, and identity. Help maintain and evolve visual standards and style guides across all media.
  • Collaborate with illustrators, animators, and other designers to elevate creative work into polished deliverables.
  • Present final creative to internal teams, incorporating feedback to meet brand objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines. Prioritize tasks effectively and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Accept and implement feedback from stakeholders, adapting designs while maintaining creative integrity. Proactively seek feedback to refine design solutions and improve quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies. Recommend new visual approaches and tools to improve design output and team efficiency.
  • Review final deliverables to ensure they are error-free, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or other related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience in consumer products, games, publishing, or entertainment industries.
  • Experience with print production (packaging, card games, board games, or similar formats).
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc).
  • Experience working through the design lifecycle from concept refinement to production-ready files.
  • Must possess effective communication skills, think in a creative, customer-driven approach, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
  • Passion for creative storytelling through design
  • A love of pop culture, entertainment, play, toys, and games

What we offer:

At Jazwares, we believe in providing our employees with comprehensive and competitive benefits that support their well-being and overall satisfaction. The salary range for this position is $75,840.00 - 91,740.00/Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.

Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave. Through Jazwares Cares, you will have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects.
