<div>The Procurement Analyst plays a critical role in managing the purchase order (PO) lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely order processing across both EDI and non-EDI accounts. They will collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and global partners to support efficient procurement operations, meet customer requirements, and maintain compliance with internal procedures and vendor guidelines. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, advanced spreadsheet skills, and a proactive mindset.

What you will do:
<ul>
<li>Monitor company and EDI inbox for new POs.</li>
<li>Responsible for EDI mapping for its assigned accounts.</li>
<li>Export EDI orders to ERP to be processed. Process POs manually for non EDI accounts.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining and overseeing the Procurement master order tracker, ensuring that customer order statuses are accurately reflected and that vendor purchase orders are released in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Follows customer vendor manuals to ensure requirements are considered. Example: order labels, polybags, etc.</li>
<li>Prepares templates needed to process POs in bulk</li>
<li>Seeks within multiple sources for product information and ensuring POs consider all item master information</li>
<li>Analyze inventory availability and recommends alternatives during PO allocation process to reduce inventory exposure and meet customer ship dates.</li>
<li>Understands and considers all of the brand individual requirements when processing POs</li>
<li>Reviews &ldquo;Mass order log&rdquo; Open PO report to approve ship dates where applicable.</li>
<li>Joins &ldquo;Mass order log&rdquo; Open PO calls to report and escalate issues preventing the analyst from processing orders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, planning, brand, sales, and order management to ensure seamless procurement operations</li>
<li>Follows complex (sometimes contradictory) vendor allocation process to Purchase orders.</li>
<li>Works closely with Asia merchandisers to address issues and revise POs to ensure on- time delivery</li>
<li>Ensures all vendor POs are confirmed and shipping on time</li>
<li>Serves as support for other accounts when needed</li>
<li>Supports the manager in other tasks as needed</li>

What we are looking for:

<li>Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred</li>
<li>1+ year of relevant procurement, supply chain, or order management experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Sage X3</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets</li>
<li>Ability to manage and analyze large data sets</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to make informed decisions to meet tight deadlines</li>
<li>Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>

Procurement Analyst

<div>As the Packaging Designer, you will develop visually compelling packaging across both licensed and non-licensed product lines, delivering innovative design solutions that elevate brand presence and engage consumers across diverse retail environments. Some of your specific responsibilities will include working closely with the Brand team and your design Manager to ensure that all of your designs align with the brand goals and objectives. You must possess a high level of initiative and be self-guided and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:
<ul>
<li>Develop innovative and functional packaging concepts, structural designs, and high-quality renders to support retail presentations and internal reviews</li>
<li>Uphold the aesthetics, look and brand integrity of all packaging designs by ensuring alignment with established graphics standards, layout principles and photo retouching to meet packaging objectives.</li>
<li>Proficient in evaluating package designs for fit, structure, function, material selection, cost effectiveness manufacturability and transportation feasibility.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the Brand team to ensure that all objectives translate into compelling packaging designs that meet both internal goals and licensor guidelines.
</li><li>Ensure that all deadlines are met, proactively communicate potential delays and challenges to leadership.</li>
<li>Stay informed on packaging industry trends, materials, technologies, and competitor activities to contribute fresh, innovative ideas and design solutions.</li>
<li>Partners cross-functionally with internal teams, communicate regularly with the Brand team, Product Manager&rsquo;s and the Asia packaging team to ensure seamless execution from concept through production.</li>
<li>Review and approve print proofs, final engineering pilots (FEPs), and pre-production samples to ensure quality and accuracy before mass production.</li>
<li>Modify and create packaging die-lines.

What We Are Looking For:

<li>Associate degree in design, packaging design, industrial design, graphic design, or other related field.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in packaging design.</li>
<li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.</li>
<li>Skilled in applying and adhering to branding style guides.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of design principles, layout composition, and typography</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual quality</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments</li>
<li>Highly organized, accountable, and capable of solving problems.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities..</li>
<li>Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite) tools.</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>Experience in consumer goods, preferably in the toy/entertainment industry</li>
<li>Trade show and Retail display experience</li>
</ul>
