Duties and Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Greet and welcome patients upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.</li><li>
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, managing inquiries and patient appointments.</li><li>
Handle scheduling of appointments to optimize daily operations and patient flow within the clinic.</li><li>
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing documents.</li><li>
Ensure the reception area maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere for all patients and visitors.</li><li>
Verify and update patient information at every visit to maintain accuracy in records and billing.</li><li>
Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>
