Dental Assistant – Prosthodontics Specialty Practice (Peoria)

Responsibilities:

• Make patients comfortable and prepare them for treatment
• Obtain, review, and record dental histories
• Prepare treatment rooms and tray setups for dental procedures
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
• Assist the doctor during examinations and treatment procedures
• Take dental X-rays
• Provide postoperative and general oral health instructions to patients
• Actively contribute as a team member to support patient satisfaction and office production goals
• Comply with office policies, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of approved Dental Assistant functions
• Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience
• Graduation from a Dental Assisting Program
• Arizona X-Ray and CPR certification required
• Experience with Dentrix software
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
