We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated Recruiter who is ready to take ownership of their success and grow with our team.Position OverviewAs a Recruiter, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle&mdash;from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing placements. This role offers a base salary plus a competitive commission structure based on performance.Responsibilities<ul><li>Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.</li><li>Understand client hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.</li><li>Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate pipelines.</li><li>Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Familiarity with ATS platforms and professional networking tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).</li><li>Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Base Salary: Competitive and based on experience.</li><li>Commission: Unlimited earning potential based on successful placements.</li><li>Benefits: Flexible schedule, growth opportunities, and performance incentives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.13 - $30.26 per hourWork Location: In person
