Human Resources Recruiter

Position Overview

As a Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing placements. This role offers a base salary plus a competitive commission structure based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Understand client hiring needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and professional networking tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions.
