Job Description: Cashier (Exchange House)Responsibilities:&middot; Handle daily cash transactions, including currency exchange, remittances, and payments.&middot; Assist customers with foreign currency exchanges, ensuring accurate conversions.&middot; Verify and count cash accurately before and after each transaction.&middot; Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and reports.&middot; Ensure compliance with financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.&middot; Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries regarding currency rates and exchange procedures.&middot; Handle customer complaints or issues professionally.&middot; Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.Experience &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in handling cash transactions, preferably in an exchange house or financial institution.</li><li>Basic knowledge of foreign currencies and exchange rates.</li><li>Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations is a plus.</li><li>Strong numerical and accuracy skills.</li><li>A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional certification in finance or a related field, is an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li></ul>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large volumes of cashنوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل
