Job Description: Cashier (Exchange House)

Responsibilities:

· Handle daily cash transactions, including currency exchange, remittances, and payments.

· Assist customers with foreign currency exchanges, ensuring accurate conversions.

· Verify and count cash accurately before and after each transaction.

· Maintain proper records of all financial transactions and reports.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

· Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries regarding currency rates and exchange procedures.

· Handle customer complaints or issues professionally.

· Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in handling cash transactions, preferably in an exchange house or financial institution.
• Basic knowledge of foreign currencies and exchange rates.
• Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations is a plus.
• Strong numerical and accuracy skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, as well as additional certification in finance or a related field, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle large volumes of cash
