 Summary-
 
 
 We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our HR department. The HR Officer will be responsible for tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
 
 
 Job Responsibility-

 Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
 </li>

 Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate employee training and development programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Support performance management processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in payroll and benefits administration

 Candidate Requirements-

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
 </li>

 Proven work experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role
 </li>

 Knowledge of HR functions and best practices

 Familiarity with HR software and systems

 </li>

 Manage employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in performance management processes by monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in training and development initiatives by coordinating training programs and tracking employee training progress.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

 Candidate Requirements-

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience working in HR roles, with a focus on Saudi Talent management.
 </li>

 In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
 </li>

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
