Human Resources Officer - Saudi Talent

Job Description

Summary-

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our HR department. The HR Officer will be responsible for tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Job Responsibility-

  • Assist in recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR databases are up to date
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs
  • Support performance management processes
  • Assist in payroll and benefits administration

Candidate Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Summary-

The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions related to Saudi Talent management.

Job Responsibility-

  • Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing questions, concerns, and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support in performance management processes by monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to managers.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives by coordinating training programs and tracking employee training progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support in HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in HR roles, with a focus on Saudi Talent management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
