HR Coordinator (Saudi Male & Female Only)

Role Summary:
Supports HR operations by coordinating recruitment, employee records, and government-related processes while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Handle employee relations and respond to HR queries
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
  • Process visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, and employee documentation
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR systems

Government Portals Handling:

  • Manage activities on Qiwa Platform (contracts, employee transfer, Saudization compliance)
  • Handle Muqeem Portal (Iqama, exit/re-entry visas, final exit)
  • Coordinate with General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) (employee registration, contributions, claims)
  • Work with Absher Business for government transactions
  • Support tasks related to Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) systems and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
  • 2–4 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong knowledge of Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Absher portals
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR practices
  • Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Saudi national (Male & female) – as per Saudization requirement
