Position SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer to plan, design, and manage landscape projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The role involves translating design concepts into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.Key Responsibilities&middot; Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings&middot; Prepare layout plans, planting plans, hardscape details, and specifications&middot; Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams&middot; Ensure designs comply with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and sustainability standards&middot; Conduct site analysis and site visits to understand project constraints&middot; Prepare BOQs, material selections, and cost estimates for landscape works&middot; Review contractor shop drawings and monitor site execution for design compliance&middot; Support project presentations and client meetings&middot; Incorporate sustainable design practices, native planting, and water-efficient solutionsRequired Skills &amp; Competencies&middot; Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / Photoshop preferred&middot; Strong understanding of softscape and hardscape design&middot; Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, and landscape construction methods&middot; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines&middot; Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skillsEducational QualificationsB.Arch / M.Arch with relevant experience or specialization in Landscape ArchitectureExperience5-6 years for Landscape Designer (Minimum 3 years in Dubai)Preferred ExperienceExperience in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, or Large Township ProjectsExposure to sustainable and green landscape practicesPay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
