Landscape Architect

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer to plan, design, and manage landscape projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The role involves translating design concepts into functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings

· Prepare layout plans, planting plans, hardscape details, and specifications

· Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams

· Ensure designs comply with local regulations, environmental guidelines, and sustainability standards

· Conduct site analysis and site visits to understand project constraints

· Prepare BOQs, material selections, and cost estimates for landscape works

· Review contractor shop drawings and monitor site execution for design compliance

· Support project presentations and client meetings

· Incorporate sustainable design practices, native planting, and water-efficient solutions

Required Skills & Competencies

· Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp / Lumion / Photoshop preferred

· Strong understanding of softscape and hardscape design

· Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, and landscape construction methods

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

· Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills

Educational Qualifications

B.Arch / M.Arch with relevant experience or specialization in Landscape Architecture

Experience

5-6 years for Landscape Designer (Minimum 3 years in Dubai)

Preferred Experience

Experience in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, or Large Township Projects

Exposure to sustainable and green landscape practices

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
