Landscape Architect

Job Title: Landscape Designer / Draftsperson

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Designer with strong drafting and technical drawing skills for villa landscape projects. Previous site experience or a practical background in landscape execution will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare landscape concept designs for residential villas and outdoor spaces.
• Develop detailed landscape drawings from concept through construction stage.
• Prepare hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, grading, and setting-out drawings.
• Produce accurate AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Prepare planting layouts, plant schedules, material schedules, and landscape details.
• Prepare detailed drawings for pergolas, BBQ areas, pools, water features, paving, boundary walls, planters, and outdoor structures.
• Coordinate landscape drawings with architectural, structural, MEP, irrigation, and pool drawings.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare existing-condition drawings.
• Revise drawings based on client, consultant, and site requirements.
• Support the site team with technical details and drawing clarifications.
• Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and material selections.
• Ensure drawings are practical, buildable, and coordinated before execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional landscape design and drafting experience.
• UAE villa landscape experience is preferred.
• Strong AutoCAD drafting skills are mandatory.
• Good knowledge of hardscape, softscape, irrigation, grading, drainage, and outdoor lighting.
• Must be able to prepare complete technical and shop drawing packages independently.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction details, materials, and site execution.
• Previous site supervision or landscape execution experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of landscape drawings and completed projects is mandatory.

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
