Brand Experience CoordinatorDarcy Solutions is seeking an energetic and organized Brand Experience Coordinator to elevate our brand and fuel growth through customer events, exhibitions, and storytelling via digital channels. This role will help establish the company as a market leader in the geothermal space through planning, executing, and promoting those efforts. If you have experience in event management, a passion for sustainability storytelling, and excitement to build an event management program this opportunity is an excellent fit for your skills.As part of our mission to decarbonize the built environment, you will contribute to deploying our innovative geothermal technology and decarbonizing the built environment. The role will report to the Director of Marketing and Strategy and collaborate with functional leaders across the company.Responsibilities:Event Execution &amp; Logistics<ul><li>Coordinate all logistics for exhibitions and trade shows, including booth registration, shipping materials, and managing promotional inventory.</li><li>Provide support for event setup, booth staffing, and tear-down to ensure a professional brand presence when requested.</li><li>Track and report on event performance metrics (value derived, new opportunities,and cost-to-execute) to help the Director evaluate future participation.</li></ul>Customer Tour Coordination<ul><li>Handle the scheduling and organization of customer site visits, collaborating with Sales and Operations to ensure all guest needs are met.</li><li>Administer customer feedback surveys post-tour, compiling data into concise reports for leadership review.</li><li>Maintain documentation and update program materials based on feedback and process improvements.</li></ul>Content &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Capture &quot;on-the-ground&quot; media (photos and short-form video) during exhibitions and tours to be used for social media and marketing collateral.</li><li>Support the creation of digital content (social posts, newsletters) to showcase Darcy&rsquo;s active projects and community engagement.</li></ul>Partner Organizations Membership and Engagement<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact for industry associations, ensuring Darcy stays up to date dues and tracks key outside contacts for ongoing partnership.</li><li>Maximize membership benefits by tracking opportunities for ongoing engagement and leading Darcy execution of events and collaboration where valuable.</li></ul>Expected Qualifications:&middot; Minimum of three years of proven experience planning and executing events&middot; Minimum three years of experience building social media and other marketing content&middot; Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices&middot; Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, geothermal energy, and sustainability in business are valued but not requiredDiversity and Inclusion StatementAt Darcy Solutions, we believe diversity is key to driving innovation and fostering a dynamic workplace culture.
